New Intestacy Rules

Posted on 18 October 2014 08:40

New Intestacy Rules were introduced by our government on 1st October 2014 which simplify the spouse’s position by giving his or her share to them outright rather than under a life tenancy. In our opinion this is quite disastrous if the deceased had children from a previous marriage. Also no matter how much tinkering the government may indulge in, it still is a very unsatisfactory situation.
So – Just Do It – make a will. Even a botched up effort is better than no will. But of course if you’re going to do it than it has to be done well. What are you looking for?
Easy to make?
No travelling?
Your questions answered?
Well, you’re in luck. You’re in the right place, at the right time. How about that?
Check out our home page, read some of the very easy to understand information on the rest of the pages, give us a call if you have any questions or just feel like a chat and finally give it a go.
Complete the questionnaire as best you can and we’ll do the rest. Even if you have chosen the cheapest version, don’t worry – we’re so conscientious that we’ll check it out whether you’ve asked us to or not. If you’ve made mistakes we’ll contact you and rectify them so you end up with a legal will.
We hope to hear from you soon.
